In-stock items are no longer eligible for refunds. Instead, these items are subjected to an exceptional case-by-case basis. Upon careful review and circumstances, there will also be a 15% restocking fee.
All preorders have terms and agreements the customer must agree to. All preorders can be canceled seven days before the arrival of the item. If cancellation is permitted, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Exceptional circumstances are on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to COVID-19, we will not accept returns of any clothing or plushies with fabric.

Upon the item's delivery, we will inspect it to ensure the item is not damaged. We recommend putting insurance on items over $200 just in case of any shipment damage. Once the inspection is complete and the item is considered sellable, we will refund you the remaining amount. (restocking fee deducted)

Damages and issues
It is up to the customer to inspect all incoming items for damages. We have a seven-day window on damages and defects. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue. Customers must take photos and supporting documents to show that the damage was not intentional or was a defect. We cannot resolve the issue, and if you cannot provide the information issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
